Totsuka Urban Roof Hotel
This hotel has "tourist" written all over it, despite trying to appeal to business travelers. Perhaps it is billed as a business hotel because it has few of the amenities you would find in a normal leisure hotel. Built in 1991, the hotel has a number of different rooms for fairly reasonable prices. Three of the rooms, appropriate for parties of four or less, are Japanese style. There is an onsen (communal bath) within the hotel. The surrounding area is also fairly quiet.
