One of the least expensive hotels in this part of town, the Asie has an excellent location from which to explore the downtown delights of Phnom Penh. The building underwent some degree of modernization in the past, when the whole facade was covered with dark glass paneling; producing an unusual aspect for the front rooms. If you're looking for tranqulity, DV8 Bar and Guesthouse is just the right place. The guest house has a pool to relax in and has some great food on offer. There are six rooms and these rooms are quite affordable and are well kept. But what is of interest is the bar which has a pool table and beautiful Vietnamese and Morroccon waitresses. The main bar and cafe is on the ground floor while there is another bar on the second floor. The music is a combination of 60's and 90's tunes.
